Good afternoon fellow HTBC'ers!

The new badminton season has just begun! As always, here are a few things to refresh yourselves on opening day.

Firstly, thank you all for joining the Holy Trinity Badminton Club!  Each and every one of you is special and are the essence of the club.  We are the 2015-2016 HTBC family!

We are located at the Holy Trinity Catholic School and our club times are every Sunday (with subject to cancellation dates posted on our website) from 10am to 3pm.  For cancellations, we will do our best to let you know about any last-minute cancellations with 24 hours notice as well as provide reminders for known cancellations.  Free parking is available; you can find more details and location of our parking lots by clicking here.  Entrance to the gym is located at the BACK of the school, closest to the 417 highway.

Corey's Coaching Corner classes will also be starting this Sunday!  Class times can be found here.  For those who have applied to the Advanced Class at 1pm, you will be tested during this class so Coach Corey strongly advises you to arrive 5-10 minutes early before class starts to stretch, warm up, and be ready to work!

We are constantly looking for high school volunteers to help set up the nets in the morning and arrange the game board for the basic program.  We are also looking for 3-5 adult volunteers to help carry the HTBC game board and tags at the end of each Sunday and bring it in the following Sunday morning.  Please email us at if you would like to help us out or come chat with us this Sunday.  We don't bite!

For those who still have outstanding fees, we will be accepting payments at the club this Sunday; we accept cash, cheque (made payable to Holy Trinity Badminton Club), or credit card.  To see if you have any outstanding fees, please click here.

Finally, we wanted to end with some very important reminders.  Parking in the fire lane at the back of the school is a big no-no; if you're not parked in these parking lots, you are considered to be parked in a TOW-AWAY zone.  We have school administrators checking us out on Sundays - and they have complained to us numerous times.  Next, no wandering the school upstairs or out of eyesight of either gym.  Don't forget to clean up your mess at the end of the session.  While walking past a badminton court - do not cut across the corner of a court, and do not walk behind a court while a game is in progress.

And our last and most important reminder is that our no-refund policy will be enforced starting Sept 27th.

If you are very happy with the club, impressed, or have an interesting comment to mention, please let us know; we love hearing from you!

We look forward to seeing all of you on Sunday!
